Carol Lynn found respite in these mountains in 2000 and relocated full-time to the Franklin/Otto area in early 2004.Carol Lynn soon found her calling in real estate and found that not only was she good at it, but she loved it.Awarded Rookie of the Year her first year in real estate, Carol Lynn graduated to the Multi-Million Dollars Sales Club her second year and has maintained that status ever since.She has sought out ways to differentiate her services and was awarded the Green Designation by the National Association of Realtors in 2009.She then earned the Short Sale & Foreclosure Designation by the same organization in early 2010.
